What maintenance is required?

The Smart Fog ES100 does not require any maintenance and does not contain any moving parts. The only maintenance required is replacing the filter elements in the ES100PB every two years.

CPLC Controller
Smart Fog® CPLC Controller unit is an industrial relative humidity and temperature controller. This unit provides accurate, user friendly control interface. Proprietary intelligent algorithms provide unsurpassed accuracy and set and forget functionality.

S Series – Relative Humidity Sensor
The Smart Fog® S Series relative humidity sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, and provide accuracy of 1% and 0.1% (depending on the model). All sensors are equipped with temperature compensation.

Pipe & Fittings Kit
All the pipe & fittings included with the Smart Fog system is made of PE.  We provide you with all the pipe & fittings required to put the system together. The fittings we use are quick connect and easy assembly.  All parts are reusable. Safe installation , no human hazard.

Four stage filter which removes all minerals from the water, providing pure DI water.

INJ-1 Chemical Injector
Fully automated precise injection of any water dissolving material. No priming required. User-friendly interface allows digital input of the desired ratio.
