The Smart Fog® System

Smart Fog® provides a series of custom-designed greenhouse humidifiers. Our systems use Smart Fog® technology to produce self-evaporating droplets. The result is reliable humidity without condensation. Smart Fog humidifiers offer enough capacity for greenhouses of all sizes.

MS100 Commercial Greenhouse Humidifiers

The MS100 greenhouse fogger system provides precise humidity control in spaces up to 10,000 square feet. The system functions as a free-standing humidifier for long-term placement but also offers portability and wall- or ceiling-mount capabilities. This humidifier is a low-maintenance machine without moving parts. Its stainless steel nozzles prevent clogging and improve efficiency.

The MS100 humidification system for greenhouses includes a four-stage ZeroTDS® 1000 water filter system to eliminate high mineral content in its water supply. The system comes with a pipe and fittings kit.

Moreover, our MS100 humidifier system provides evaporative cooling and spraying to reduce the greenhouse’s temperature. The system works in temperature ranges of 50 degrees Fahrenheit or more. The greenhouse humidifiers reduce the temperature by up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Each MS100 nozzle produces up to 1.5 gallons per hour of water. The greenhouse measures 6,912 square feet with a required 60% relative humidity level. Therefore, it comes down to a simple matter of math. The 20 MS100 units are required for proper environmental control.

Greenhouse Humidification Systems With Precise Controls

The MS100 system uses a CPLC2N controller, as well as an ES100PB1. The controllers set humidity and temperature with accurate automation capabilities. Additionally, our ES100PB1 includes a 2,400 liter per minute air filter set, a 130 mesh screen water filter and an air control electric valve.

Accurate, Responsive Humidity Sensors

Our greenhouse humidifier systems use an S1 relative humidity and temperature sensor that offers up to three years of accurate data collection and monitoring. The sensor triggers an INJ-1 injection system that releases moisture into the air when it detects humidity below the desired level. Since the INJ-1 injection system never requires priming, we apply the concentration ratio digitally into the controller.
