Humidity in the Pharmaceutical Industry

As pharmaceutical facilities often need 24/7 environmental control, the humidification system chosen should be specifically for the product manufactured. Coatings with water-based films or sugar coatings, they need precise humidity to ensure the coating does not dry too rapidly or too slow. Dry air can affect how water-based inks print, requiring a range of 95-98% rH with temperature control.
