The System
Smart Fog® provides a series of custom design greenhouse humidifiers for a client. Using the MS100 humidification systems for a greenhouse to eliminate high mineral content in its water supply. Moreover, these humidification systems need to provide evaporative cooling and spraying to reduce the greenhouse’s temperature. Furthermore, the greenhouse humidifiers reduces the temperature by up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit. After a brief consultation, we set about getting our system up and running.
Our MS100 humidifier system works in temperature ranges of 50 degrees Fahrenheit or more, with each MS100 nozzle producing up to 1.5 gallons/hr of water. The greenhouse measures 6,912 square feet with a required relative humidity level of 60 percent. Therefore, it comes down to a simple matter of math . The 20 MS100 units are required for proper environmental control.
