Fog System which does not Wet

October 27th, 2014 by Smart Fog

A fog system which does not create excess moisture in the form of condensation is vital, especially in food ripening and transportation. Excess moisture can lead to deterioration in the form of mold, which will naturally render the affected produce worthless. Dry Fog manages to prevent wetting by virtue of the water droplets produced being so small (measuring mere microns) that moisture is kept in the atmosphere without extensive condensation forming.
